We like to get complaints resolved as quickly as possible at ARKO and we will always try to help. In most cases this can be done informally, just by giving us a call or making an appointment to come and visit our office to discuss the complaint properly if needed. However, we realize that things still go wrong sometimes and issues may need to be resolved on a more formal basis. We are here to help you with that as well.
