Our property is a five story Victorian building in West St Leonards and has been managed by ARKO Property Management Ltd for 18+ years.
I believe that the staff at ARKO are very knowledgeable in property management and that their processes are thorough and professional. I also believe that, as a Company, they are extremely honest and above board. To my knowledge this cannot be said of several other managing agents in the area.
Urgent problems are usually attended to promptly although some issues can remain outstanding for some time despite regular reminders.
