Useful Contact Numbers in an Emergency

• FIRE 999  - If you discover a fire or even suspect one, you must call 999 as soon as it is safe to make the call.  You must always call the emergency services before calling ARKO.  The East Sussex Fire & Rescue Service, can also assist with serious incidents that are causing an immediate threat to life.  For example:  severe building flooding, storm debris falling from a building causing a risk to the public or any similar dangerous incident where a faster emergency response is required. 

Do you smell gas, have a power cut or lost your water supply?  If you have an emergency or a problem with one of these utility services, you can use the following numbers for fast assistance:

• GAS - Southern Gas Networks 0800 111 999
• ELECTRICITY - Southern Power Networks 0800 316 3105
• WATER or SEWAGE - Southern Water 0330 3030368 

If you have an urgent emergency that requires ARKO's immediate assistance at your building, you can contact us on 01424 439786.  You can also find our out of hours emergency number on all our correspondence and located on all our signs in the communal entrance of our managed properties.  The emergency number is available to call 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.
